Not interested in investing interested in smoke free products
The last five packs of l&m we have purchased had numerous cigarettes split on one side near the filter. I asked the store and they said no cartons or packs were damaged so no idea why but can’t do a refund. Is there anything you can do please?

Very poor service
You have to queue for about two hours to transfer money from your account because they limit via the Internet bank does not increase... Takes in the middle of visitors without numbers, absolutely no hurry, one person served 45 minutes (maybe longer). People are angry because this attitude is not normal.
