Regular customer for at least 3 yrs and very, very unhappy with the grooming service mgr, for Jul. 8, 22021y

ad an appointment for dog to be groomed. Live about 7 min. from petsmart. There was about a 20 minute backup up in traffic which made me late. Am disabled and called for them to come to front door for my dog. Manager came out to my car and said beings as how I was late…

Poor Poor customer service & gradually failing quality of work

We had the same groomer for about 7 years and although the grooming wasn’t always what we wanted; our dogs were comfortable with her, we didn’t complain, we always tipped well. We recently got a call with no explanation, stating our groomer didn’t want to work with us anymore.

Ordered a aquarium, took 8 1/2 weeks to even receive it. Went to uncrate it tonight, and the whole back left corner is smashed.
