Thank you! I did receive a reply from them on 26th April to say they had despatched my order. Until now, nothing. I I think the order might be coming from America, hence the long delay. Had I known this, I would not have ordered!!!
Pet Gentle worked well for about 10 days and stopped the barking, then stopped working. New battery made no difference. Bought one at the same time for a friend and exactly the same outcome. Would not recommend. User’s recommendation: Don’t waste your money. Company asked for photo – how do I photo an ultrasonic sound.
I received my Pet Gentle which was supposed to include battery. No lights show on remote so I assumed I needed to install battery however I am unable to get the battery compartment open. Sorry I purchased this
