Someone else’s order delivered to me

I received my order this morning. Several Hours later another package addressed to me was delivered. I opened it to find three ornaments purchased by someone in Wyoming, and supposed to be delivered to someone in Arizona, per the shipping label inside the package. Did not recieve item

I ordered my mother a Christmas gift November 27th and have not received it. It shows label created December 1st and ups shows awaiting item. I tried calling and emailing and I can’t get anyone to talk to. I’m beyond annoyed and irritated and would like a answer.

Slow service and excessive shipping charges

Update by user Jan 11, 2021 Personalization Mall never followed up and have not replied to messages. Don’t care about anything once the have their money.
