I ordered 9 furniture items from Pepperfry for my new home. I had a nightmare experience as two of the product were received in damaged condition. Their complaint registering and resolution system is pathetic. They don’t provide you replacement! They only insist upon ‘temporary’ kind of repair work by their “carpenter”. Totally frustrating experience.
