Budget Billing Program

I have my service shut off in the past. I owe no outstanding bills. I am about to move in my new place and i must pay for heating and cooking gas. I wantwd to know if i can get on the budget billing program before i except my new apartment.

Complain about a truck driver

It’s been 3 hours and a truck is in front of my apartment and the driver is with the motor on! Doing nothing!!!!! From around 6:30-7:00 pm to 9:29 and the car still on!
