Seed didn’t germinate

Bought 3 large bags of bermuda grass seed with mulch. Watered diligently for a month. Very little seed germinated. Didn’t think to save the bags or receipts so no refunds I’m sure. Based on comments here, it probably wouldn’t have mattered anyway. Very disappointed and a waste of money! User’s recommendation: Do not buy!

Product failed merchantabilty and suitability for a particular purpose legal tests

Last year, we reseeded patches of our lawn with Pennington seed product. The species which emerged appeared to contain weeds/crabgrass. Apparently this is a common occurrence among consumers.
