I am doubly unpleasantly surprised by the incompetence and inability of employees to communicate with each other. On November 18 this year, half an hour before the salute, I went to the Benu pharmacy in the Gallery Center to buy medicines on prescription. This evening, the employee and her colleague kindly indicated that the necessary medicine was not available in the pharmacy. Offered that on Wednesday - November 20 will be, which will remain. I was pleased with such a kind attitude and warned that I would arrive late for medicine. The recipe was returned to me and the employee wrote it down in a notebook in my presence. My first disappointment was on the evening of November 20, after 20:00, when an optimistic and happy person arrived for the medicine, I gave my prescription to other pharmacy employees and informed me that the medicine indicated in the prescription had been postponed. The senior employee informed that she had sold the medicine during the day because she had not been informed that the medicine was in another person and had not been postponed. And generally postponing the medicine only on the basis of a prescription, which I, as a customer, was informed about for the first time. But this employee took the prescription of the prescribed medicine and found out my phone number, because the teacher did not tell me when the medicine will be in the pharmacy only announced that as soon as the medicine will be it will inform me so I can go after them. My second disappointment was on November 23, when I went to the medicine without waiting for the phone call, because the medicine has to be used every day, but since November 20 I could not use it because it was sold to another employee due to incompetence and mutual inability to communicate. When I entered the pharmacy on November 23 of this year, I asked if I had the medicine I needed, informing me that the prescription was in the pharmacy and that I was told that I would call when the medicine was available at the pharmacy. To which another pharmacy employee replied in my unkindly raised voice, "we don't call, we only call when the medicine is out of stock". I kindly pointed out the recipe I left last time that a phone call was recorded for me on the other side. To which the employee did not answer, I just mentioned the price to be paid. Yes, or indeed, the client who needs the medicine to maintain his health must suffer from the incompetence and inability of the employees to communicate with each other. Chloe
