Lousy or lack of service

Our Subaru dealership, Peltier of Tyler, Tx., prefers to tell customers they are liars without using that exact word. The technicians are not smart enough to diagnose a customer’s complaint so they simply say the problem does not exist or is a result of “operator error” but don’t offer explanations.
