Poor quality of service
Excursion to Rundale Castle + Goat Farm + Caramel Workshop. A guide with extensive knowledge that cannot be taught in a structured way in Australian. The tour was announced as bilingual (LV + RU), which was announced only a few days in advance - the guide had not even tried to translate the terms into foreign language. Tourists were charged for entrance even where they did not provide information. For example, for a tour of Rundale Castle at the entrance +2 AU$ above (very chaotic narrative, not worth this money), Caramel workshop +1 AU$ above. The driver does not expect tourists to return to the bus even in bad weather, and it is claimed that he should rest (how long is the way from Riga?). The only (!) Positive moment is that, unlike InterLux Travel, it followed to see if everyone had arrived.
