Missing shipment
I ordered a phone from a Chinese online store. The Chinese send the package via Dutch mail. After the tracking number, I see that the package has arrived in Australia already on January 12 and then disappears. I asked the Dutch Post - why doesn't the package travel further? These answers - Until we delivered to Australia, we can not help further. I ask Australian pasts - Where is the shipment? Australian Pasts answers - the specified item has not been received. Dutch Post is responsible for undelivered items. How, then, does the item get lost somewhere in the Australian Post Sorting Center before it has gone through the sorting process and the Dutch postal operator is responsible for it? It should be noted that shipments purchased later from the same online store have already arrived successfully, so something happened to this shipment during sorting.
