Fraud, VERY poor service
I posted my first complaint here on 07. 01. 2020. Complaint that I have from 20. 12. 2019. Until 07. 01. 2020. It was not possible to call this institution because no one is picking up the handset and no one is answering the e-mails, so there is no way to get your package. I was contacted within about 2 hours after the complaint was published, as itella apologized very much for not replying to my e-mail (I emphasized during the conversation that it was not just one e-mail) and that the package could be delivered on 09. 01. 2020. also for phone no. Who to call.. Very nice, I'm glad that everything is so simple - write a complaint and the office will correct it. Than... This is not the case with this company. I was waiting for a courier call all day yesterday... No... Approaching 17. 00 I think I'll call the office to ask how long I have to wait for the package. And again. Nobody lifts me. Well, I'm very angry. Why call and promise that will bring?! If you don't even plan to do it?! It cannot be that from 20. 12. 2019. I have no way to receive my shipment?!
