Wanted to give the daughters a Christmas surprise — but what happened. I sent two parcels to my daughters from the German postbank. The daughter received the first package and found that the samsung 9+ phone was missing. I was informed about it. I realized that something was wrong. I notify the other daughter and let her know about it. The daughter called itella because it turned out that our packages would be delivered by itella, but not by dhl. She asked what to do if in doubt. She was told that to evaluate the package and then decide to sign and accept or refuse. When the courier arrived, interesting things happened (feeling that the courier was informed about a less simple customer). The package was not given in hand until signed. According to the daughter: you see that the package is torn, the courier answered-yes, but still did not give in hand. The daughter signed and opened in the presence of the courier. It lacked a samsung 9 phone and a phone cover. According to your daughter, do you earn so little to steal? The answer was: why think that we would, and if it were, no one would admit it. The courier said with a smile. The daughter is smart and recorded everything on a dictaphone. I will not mention the name of the courier for the time being, but will be told if necessary. Of course it will not be left that way. It is interesting how a company that deals with the delivery of international parcels can work and bear responsibility if the parcels are delivered by private machine. Where is the responsibility? The German Post will lodge a claim for proceedings and a claim against itella. This thing will not be left like this in Australia either!
