Unable to take a proctored exam due to a technical fault. Proctor told me to raise a support ticket and the team should be able to reschedule for the same day. Regarding exam issue

No help with exam issue from customer service
I have called 8 times to Pearson Vue in order to schedule my test, every time I called I had to wait one or two hours until they answer the phone.
