Dog does not move

I am still waiting to hear how this dog moves as it does in your ads. Cant find anywhere a battery would go so how does it move or is this false advertising? It is a nice dog but just sits there. Please let me know how it works.

"Hotel accommodations were filthy and gross. Customer service…there was none. Got to hotel and couldn’t check in until 3 pm. Understandable with covid, however there was no place to store luggage."
