How is it possible that in 2020 there will be such a de **** system. I ordered goods a week ago and a courier calls me today and says - I'm down. Do I have to sit at home for a week now and wait for him? And then you have to listen to the beating that his routes are chattering. Take an example of something from iExpress - they at least send an sms that within an hour will be at the specified address and offer to change it immediately and send elsewhere or on another day. Even without thinking about us - customers - how much money do you throw by driving couriers 100x across Brisbane. I don't want to think about what else is happening in your office.
