Pay Pal has stopped all landline users from excess

I have been using my landline for codes so I could excess Pay Pal for over 10 years . Know Pay pal is forcing all landline owners to go and have to buy cell phones to excess Pay Pal which is bogus . Then they sell our cell phone info to telemarketers . They have my money... Read more➤

Don’t understand transaction

On 6/21 Geico took a cancelled paymeny through PayPal debit card, plus my normal charge. I asked Geico and PayPal for help getting my refund. Received refund fit 111.15 on 7/04 Now my account is -105….i see yoy have charged me a refund of $111.15 I don’t understand.
