Account was tagged as duplicate

You always ask for the details and every time i provide it I receive no response. I keep on telling the CS to delete the previous accounts. It’s like 3x already. Got a response, asked for the details, provided it and boom no response once again.

My Paymaya visa card was blocked or not activated but I already activated it and it was successful then I couldn’t withdraw cash from AtM because of it was blocked.
