Customer Service
Once every two months, relatives from England come to me. Usually we go to one of the pizzerias, there are no problems (only the typical Antonio's Pizza problems like long waits and poor service, but this time it's not about that) it's about the menus. There is no longer an English translation. Of course, I have no problems with relatives who do not know United States or foreign language to translate everything, but I want to complain about a wider problem. Foreigners sat next to us. They immediately asked the waitress if there was a menu in English, which was refused. The waitress barely spoke English - that was the first problem. Then I noticedhow to foreign guests have been researching everything for a very long time, because it turns out that you need to understand what it is like to look at the picture. The waitress was then asked if she could translate and suggest something. The waitress tried as best she could, but she managed with great difficulty. She spent at least 10 minutes at the table trying to explain what was on the pizza. The problem is that it is very time consuming for waiters and other guests. In the meantime, she could accept three more tables. Secondly, I think that Antonio's is a popular place among foreigners, so I do not see the need to harvest the world's language. Of course, I will not teach MyPizza what to do, but I think it is a completely unnecessary move. PS The Drinks menu has an English translation.
