Stolen package contents

I get a package sent from Germany via DHL finding that the package is no longer a phone, all that remains is chocolate! I wasn't expecting anything like that! I will not leave it at that - there will be both the police LV and DE, TV and if necessary I will even go to court, but I must not allow anything! Good thing that at least was insured! I also inform DHL and posti. fi about this incident, which are itella's data providers and parent company! KAGORU ZAGLU!
