initial item ordered never received. refund issued. re-order the part I needed. now its been 3 days before item was even mailed out??? User’s recommendation: keep up with your own orders through USPS or SHOP app.

I ordered the first part and then went to the manufacturer website and found a stronger part to do the same job User’s recommendation: Do a better search before ordering a part at first sight.
