My heart hurts about those blatant lies in the Amber Tone advertisement, how can qualified medical care be promised if a doctor appears only twice a week and even then only on acute calls when the client must already be taken to the hospital, from which he most often does not return. Employees hide from loved ones the client's true state of health and lie that everything is in order. Problems are reported only when the client is already in the hospital and can no longer be helped... What quality care can be talked about if there are only 2 caregivers for 28-year-olds. If there is a shortage of staff, unskilled labor from small towns or work in a shop or take care of people. Classes are promised in groups,but they go like this - the people are put in carts and pushed to a room where there is a television, and so they sit there all day.
