Royal mail and your flyers

What is your policy on 3rd party delivering flyers, when a householder clearly states no junk mail, does the postman still have to post your flyer through the post box. my reason for this i have a notice on my door no junk mail but only post delivered was a flyer from papa JOHN.

Done ordering from these clowns

Ordered two large 2 topping pizzas for $20 from the Papa Johns in Lafollette, TN. This was an online order for delivery, paying with cash. After placing the order I received email with delivery details. Delivery time was two hours. I called the store and simply asked if we could change the order from delivery to carryout....
