Leaking and very bad adour

With my preemies born at 29 weeks now 10 weeks old after a few urine the diaper will have a very bad odour and start to leak and becomes heavy.

Bad Diaper

There is blood in this diaper. I just opened this brand new package this morning and the very first diaper I got out looks like this. User’s recommendation: Check each diaper before you put them on baby.
