Diaper complaint

I’ve called about a malfunction about the 12h night time diapers ripping open and the jelly falling out all over the bed and floor. They have mentioned that they will send me a gift card but it was never sent that was on June 28th.

Wrong size diaper inside box

I received a box of 62 of size 4 diapers as a gift but when I opened the box I found size 3. User’s recommendation: Customer service is great, they are super soft and fit better than competing brands.
