Poor service

21.05.2020 I will shop at SuperStore, going to the color department, I will contact the seller. First of all, he was talking to me while he was facing me. Secondly, I would like to consult about the product. I did not receive advice, but "thank you" for at least indicating the place where it is located. The seller disappeared, waited 15-20 minutes, so did not show up. In the end a new guy came up to me and politely served, advised on the product, and in the end also added a tone to whatever I chose. I consider that such incompetent conduct is not acceptable in such a company. I would also not recommend anyone to turn to him.
