I have been using xMobile Australia services for all family members (four rooms), for several years now, I was very satisfied with everything, until xMobile Australia manager Arturs Villers persuaded me. me to switch from prepaid to postpaid without increasing my subscription fee. I agree provided there are no vague, hidden ancillary services or fees. All the rooms are for my children, so I wanted to be sure that there would be no surprises when receiving the bill. It was a big surprise for me when, after receiving the bill, it turned out that one child has spent 40 AU$ for 330 mb on his / her room! Without receiving any sms or other alerts! The bee operators both try to prove otherwise, but all sms are saved and no warnings about extra mb were received. Even more,on the prepaid website everything could be seen (volume usage, calls, sms, etc. ), then in the case of postpayment you can view the current bill and everything can not change or deny anything! Bite Australia does not answer e-mails, responds to calls evasively and lies openly! I have always considered xMobile Australia to be one of the most advanced and customer-oriented operators, I have been mistaken, very much! It is a pity xMobile Australia, I will be 100+ AU$ poorer of them, I will not change the operator, but xMobile Australia will only lose in the long run with this attitude
