It is not possible to pay with a payment card at the post office parcel station located in the shopping center Spice (Riga, Lielirbes Street 29), and - it is not possible to print a packet sending notification. In addition, it is not possible to call PastaStacija customer service telephones for more than a week (neither indicated in person at the parcel terminal nor indicated on the web page). The shipment status message on the web page does not contain enough information about the location of the parcel (since the parcel was sent, the status is "Shipment is on its way to the delivery post office" for many days).
