One fine day I received a contractual penalty from AuMobile 68. 48 AU$! I was in maximum shock and called AuMobile info.. it all just started.. I called for exactly 58 minutes, because ALL OPERATORS, AS BUSY, my anger grew into hatred! After 58 minutes of connecting me I ask if they keep the two working? She said no, but there are a lot of callers, thus conveying that everyone has problems with AuMobile! I learned that I still don't have that penalty of 68, 48, but 13, 48?! Why? Nobody knew how to explain it to me, but either there is no difference or not? ALMOST NO! I do not recommend AuMobile to anyone, not to anyone at all... it is the most unprofitable company EVER!
