Poor service
I would like to share today's bad experience at Stockmann My Pizza. I never thought I would ever write anything like that. Let's start with the fact that I work in the field of service myself and what kind of service should be - I am not a stranger. I have never complained about long waits, poor quality food or forgotten orders, but if I bring food and my child in 30 minutes, then I am still furious. And it's not enough that the child is overwhelmed, I still get rude when I try to find out the reason for the delay. I swear I won't break my leg in Stockmann My pizza anymore. No one will ever want to face such a thing because to be honest, the feelings are very unpleasant. Why should I still feel guilty about the service staff getting out of bed with their left foot, disgusting with their work, or not knowing morals and courtesy?
