Poor service
I ordered items from bestsecret. Tracking I see that the package has been delivered. I expect someone to call / otherwise contact me about delivery time. At the end of the day, I see that the package was returned to the courier point because delivery was not possible (door closed). If you didn't look at tracking, you wouldn't even know how the courier is trying. Good morning.. Almost every staircase in an apartment house has a closed door. Therefore, the recipient's phone number is also specified. I see that there have been such complaints about the company on several occasions. The answers always contain only Itella's contact information. Thank you, I do not need such an answer. I recommend that you carefully considerwhether this business needs to be used.
