The room advertised on the website is not the room I received. They showed a room with the jacuzzi on the balcony. I check in my room and their was no jacuzzi on the balcony. That was one of the main reasons I choose the room.
They were able to get me a smoking room . There were out of non smoking . We took it because it was late at night and didnt want to drive anymore tonight
Cancel car rental and they refused to give me my money back. They keep 100% of all my money. Never again will I use them. User’s recommendation: Do not use this company.

Rude Attitude
When I arrived at the airport, I wanted to visit the toilet on the first floor of the airport, as there was no indication when I was not allowed to go in and out. there was a cleaner who started talking to us frustrated when not allowed and pushed me out of the toilet or without seeing the sign but we really didn't see when not to go there. Because she was not visible. I understand everything but could say everything kindly and honestly. And yet scared the child who was with us. Honestly, she threw us out of the toilets. Please put some indication so that people nau face such women dissatisfied because many confused crying indication is when the toe but go should not be thrown out immediately
