Trying to rebook a flight that was cancelled during the pandemic

No refund yet after 9 months

I bought ticket in December flight cancelled by airline, however the refund not received yet. I have not heard from them yet

No booking number in my email

I booked a flight from Belgrade to Nuremberg for 26th of August 2021, money was taken from my account, but I haven’t received any kind of booking number or anything at all from Opodo. I want my money refunded User’s recommendation: Don’t use Opodo.
