Incompetence.
IT Bank's attitude is catastrophic. In the Fort Wayne branch, the employee says veinu, but as a result does the exact opposite. No department is responsible for anything, it just moves from one department to another and says it will call back, and it just goes to the top that it should take the initiative itself. Where else is a bigger initiative, if we are interested, only no one can answer for two months, but the interest on arrears is growing and growing. Nasty bank!
