Ordered a $100 gift card and only received $50 credit because (what their Indian call center forwarded) was company policy to short loyal users based on their own bottom line. I am now finding out why some better restaurants do not use their service.
Open table will give you a $50 reward check fir 5000 points. What Opentable doesn’t tell you is that no restaurant accepts a $50 reward and you’re likely to get $10 credit for such a “reward”.
