27. In January, a cargo with Gls was shipped from Germany, which is taken over and delivered to the customer itella in Australia, but we have not received the cargo so far. No tel. No. No answer, I have already written 2 emails - there is still no answer. For several years now, the product has been delivered to us through this company - this is the first time something like this has happened. Worst of all, they don't react on their own and don't even seem to be correcting the situation.
