I really like the convenience of Onstar and how you can press the button in your car to connect to them or you can call. So I’ve done both numerous times..sometimes I can hear and understand the customer service rep…but lately everytime, I can never understand the person. There either not loud enough..it has an echo everytime...

There never help me at all. They help the person that did not own the car. They let the person in the car. And never call the cops. Never help me at all. I would never buy a GMC car again. User’s recommendation: Not buy a GMC car.
