Very poor service

I wanted to send a package from England to Australia. I have used one company all the time, but on the trail they started asking for more money for small packages I chose to try Lattranzit. The biggest mistake I've made. I first registered the shipment online on their website. They sent me an email that the order was accepted and on either Saturday or Sunday the driver would call and collect the package. I am in the middle of England. I waited until Sunday evening and called again. I said that there was no driver yet, or I could confirm that the driver would come and collect the package. They said there would definitely be, just wait for the call. So I didn't wait for the call. I called on Monday morning and asked if the driver would. First of all, they say that it is too far from London and that there are not so many orders and that there will probably not be... I ask them why they could not immediately tell that there will not be and I would have chosen another company. They repeat that too far, and so on. He then said that the driver had tried to call, and so on. Well, I tried to get around in every way... In the end, I offered that maybe next week I would collect a packet, to which I answered that I don't need to. I will choose another company. :(I highly recommend Lattranzit.
