Poor service

Continuous problems with Tet Tv Shortcut connection, normal TV viewing is no longer possible despite constant twitching and disconnection that needs to be reinstalled, then currently not showing for 3 days at all! The answer is- we solve this problem! Hallo, is in the 21st century. , if you can't provide a quality service for which the customer pays money, then go so kindly and just inform about it, instead of misleading customers and collect so much money! Invoices come despite not providing the service! Terrible quality!
