poor service

Tornkalns branch. The package has been standing there for the second week, which can be said by the tracking number. I leave, once, a second time.. not yet processed, stored in some kind of bag. and also the employee to whom everything you tie with your packet and number will then send a record. I blame the mail management for the pay-attitude.
