I booked an Ola but didnt come and tried to call but didnt answer either. No confirmation from the Driver. The licence of the car not available either to know who the driver is. User’s recommendation: No communication.
I paid through the twice. One time is paid in ola app through phone pay and next one is paid to the ola cab driver phone pay number. I need my money back
My vehicle is going to offroad day by day unnecessary.when it’s asking fefie and giving my selfie.but after next day my vehicle will be offered.ola cabs shoud take care and ugrade the taking selfie with mask and without mask process.
I have been using ola cabs more than 10 yrs for my movement ,this was happening 5 th times as my complain is same with ola caba ie (my bill increased thsn estimated bill shown)and I am very dissapointed and force to think can continue with ola cabs or not.
