Gas was shut off on 21621, for repair. Has the repair been completed, I still don’t have gas service?

Unable to receive shipment. To the specified phone. No. No reply and no reply to email. I am waiting for the shipment from 10. 02. 2017. The info letter received is a false statement of fact when no one at the delivery address. The building is under video surveillance, where no courier was recorded, because it did not come at all.
