Long wait & RUDE customer service

Called multiple times and waited 10-15 minutes each time to report a claim of accident. Woman I finally spoke to was very rude and when I asked to speak to a manager she said there’s NO one available, she can put me back in the “call loop”, she did even after I said that wasn’t good enough.
