An item missing in my order

I didn’t receive 1 item from nykaa and I called to the customer they collect the details and they send the mail regarding issue and he said it to be clarified User’s recommendation: Send all the items in one pack instead of sending separately.

Exchange issue

it’s totally fraud app, I have ordered 3 products from mac, all products was expired, when I replace the products, naykaa send me again same expired product. Now I am tired to call helpline but no body is helping me. I lost my 5500 for waste product I’ll complaint against this wrost app. It’s a cyber crime.... Read more➤

We got the written product

We got the wrong product and on that we have to pay the double amount for that product which was of 349 we paid 630 we requested to refund that product on that same day but Nayak rejected our request on 24 june we want proper actions to be taken by u. As soon as possible.
