Employee does not report changes
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the operation of the tet concept store. Recently, in October, I bought a computer, a month later technical problems, need warranty repair (this is not the cause of the complaint, anything can happen). Through the online chat of the tet store, I found out that I can bring a computer with a warranty card to the store on the mill street or to the service. I'm not going to the mill street, there I am kindly advised to take it to Mukusalas Street, because otherwise I will lose 1-2 days at least. Then the responsive seller in the warranty card, where the service servissnet is indicated (without a phone number!), Corrects its address on Mukusalas 25, but does not inform that it is another company. I go to Mukusala 25, I claim the service net, I am sent to Plank Street 7, there I am sent to Mukusala 15, who then sends me back to Mukusala 25, where it turns out that this warranty service has been taken over by another company. As the service net explained to me - this has been the case since the beginning of the year. The warranty card (which I received only a month ago) contains outdated information. The employee does not inform about the changes or informs incompletely. Very unpleasant! Creating a hipster store is not a good service in itself, it is much more important how comfortable and adequate your basic service is than beautiful skin.
