Fraud

An order was ordered from Germany via (DHL), which I split into 3 separate boxes due to its weight and volume and shipped all with German DHL at the same time in one day. 2 boxes out of 3 ITELLA's courier brought me home, but the third one for some reason has been taken to a pick up place where I have to pick it up myself, even though I have paid enough courier delivery fee to deliver it home, because it is not possible to pick up the package in person not in the post office or anywhere else. By contacting them both by telephone and electronically, I received very incompetent answers and constantly blamed all the sender of my parcel that it had designed the parcel incorrectly. I have received an official letter from a German store stating that this should not have been the case,that all 3/3 packages as it is one order are presented in the same way and had to be all brought home. In the end, one of the employees comments by phone that yes, these are their internal Itella rules, that after that the packages are sorted and they decide which ones will take the courier home to the pick-up service. So what is it, if I pay for home delivery, they will decide whether or not to bring it here! Office of fraudsters!
