Poor service

I'm very disappointed in the FedEx. 15. 12 the message came when I can go after my shipment. Unfortunately, the door does not open. Call FedExi: calling them first is very problematic, standing with the child at the FedExs trying to call 12min. Calling says when everything will be resolved by 24. 12 the shipment will be with me. Okay waiting, arrive 28. 12 call again, say the same when everything is resolved and I call back. So far as of 11. 01 I have not received anything and all the time calling calls when the problem is solved. How much longer should I wait?
