Refills

The website they provide for refills doesn’t work and it’s difficult to purchase. Found on EBay and they are very expensive! User’s recommendation: I am not happy I paid alot for the unit and can’t use it anylonger.

NuBrillance Flexible Neck Lighted Mirror – Can’t get repair parts!

Product worked well for about one (1) month; mounted on bathroom mirror. Then the rubber piece beneath the suction cup sheared and the lighted mirror fell to the vanity. The lamp suffered no damage.
