Hello, I wanted to say that it is not normal for AuAir to charge for waiting for a connection on a pay phone with the operator. And do they have an operator working at all? (if I have to wait 4 minutes and for a minute I take off AUD 0, 36). And even then I don't connect... there is some silence at all... a little bit, I would have waited another 5 minutes, how much would I have a phone bill? Vnk you don't take money for anything, nice company policy!
