Tet / Low quality service

Very bad service shortcut. The show enters, jerks reloading. Watching tv in the evening is a nerve test for the whole family. We have a shortcut application on tv. But children look at the computer and exactly the same. As far as I understand Tet, I don't care, because I've been reading other complaints for years.
